Create a Marketing Plan based on your goals and wishes
Advise you in preparing your home for sale to acquire the best result
Schedule and coordinate any pre-sale inspections required
Provide you with a comprehensive list of contractors and stagers
Schedule and coordinate appointments with aforementionsed contractors and stagers
Do ALL showings in person with the prospective buyer
Provide you with updates and communications based on the schedule you prefer
Negotiate the best possible outcome on your behalf
Provide you an escrow timeline
Manage the transaction process and keep us on track
Being your advocate at the escrow signing
Assist you with any departure items such as; scheduling movers, providing change of address forms, etc.
My commitment to you does not end when the transaction is complete. I will always make myself available to you should you need me.
